OUR VISION:   

is to provide the opportunity for young people from uneducated, laboring families to obtain the knowledge and skills to realize their human worth to the maximum extent they are capable. The vision aims through education to the open alternatives in employment for all the people in these communities who choose to take advantage of the opportunity, and through education to instill in the young people a conservation ethic that will allow these rural communities and ranches to continue to exist and maintain their traditions while using their marine and terrestrial resources in a sustainable way.
